City infrastructure and living conditions in the city should adapt to the needs of its citizens and their well-being. Local communities' and citizens' participation in the planning process is the best way to improve housing conditions for the city's residents. We would propose favorable conditions for developers and take measures to curb the city's chaotic urban development with the goal of putting citizens at the center of the government's concern. We would ensure Tbilisi's sustainable development path and protect citizens' safety without damaging investors' interests.
