Tbilisi should become the economic center of the Black Sea region. Our goal is to fully utilize Tbilisi's potential - both its strategic location and its cultural and economic capacity. To achieve this goal, we propose a four-year plan which would instantly address long-standing issues in Tbilisi and create fertile ground for the city's further development by taking advantage of its rich potential.
