1. Starting in 2023, we would host Eastern Europe's largest New Year's festival in Tbilisi on January 1-7.
2. We would hold a world culture festival in Tbilisi every year.
3. We would host an international wine festival in Tbilisi.
4. We would organize a youth music festival in Tbilisi.
