Historically, Tbilisi has been a business hub for the Caucasus region. Our objective is to increase Tbilisi's role as a financial and business center, attract international corporations, and foster Tbilisi's regional business potential. In the next four years, we will fully reshape Tbilisi's infrastructure by implementing targeted support programs for large businesses.

By supporting small and medium-sized businesses and implementing city planning megaprojects, we will create 100,000 jobs.

Tbilisi will become a regional investment and employment center, and its budget will triple in the next four years - up to one billion US dollars.

Through public-private partnership (PPP) programs, we would create special funds for supporting startups and accelerators. This would be managed by an international company focused on encouraging innovative business projects.
