Transferring the Tbilisi railway to the city's periphery and dismantling the surrounding industrial zone would free up around ninety hectares of land for use. Seventy hectares of these ninety would be covered by green infrastructure in the form of a new inner-city park, while the remaining twenty hectares would be used for the construction of Tbilisi's business center.
