A high-quality sports complex and Olympic swimming pool for each district of Tbilisi! Building municipal pools in Tbilisi is necessary. Our target would be ten municipal pools in four years - thus, each district would have one. Municipality funds would subsidize sports complex memberships. Students, the elderly, and the socially vulnerable would be offered special rates.
