We would develop three new central parks on one hundred hectares which would become Tbilisi's new lungs. Mziuri, the old zoo and hippodrome, and Vake Park would be connected with green paths and become the green center of the city. Thus, in line with UN standards, the amount of green space in Tbilisi would triple in four years:

• Tbilisi's green center - zoo, Mziuri, and hippodrome.

• Tbilisi's grand park - Dighomi groves.

• Tbilisi High Line - in place of Tbilisi railway.

Also, a nine-year plan for the area around Tbilisi Sea would be developed. This has the potential to grow into a new touristic zone over time.
