We would propose new social and healthcare packages, including employment programs in either the public or private sectors, for people with hearing and vision impairments, wheelchair users, and people with other disabilities.

An advanced diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation medical center would be built in Dighomi and equipped with relevant infrastructure such as parking, transportation, and green spaces provided by Tbilisi City Hall. Spaces for international conferences, symposia, and medical training would also be created. This center would lay the groundwork for the development of Georgia's diagnostic and treatment hub in Tbilisi and would transform it into a primary destination for medical tourism.

We would introduce municipal diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation programs and provide funding for the elderly, socially vulnerable, and people with disabilities.

We would launch a special municipal program to provide the most vulnerable population of Tbilisi with medicines free of charge or at a substantial discount.
