We need to increase the number of kindergartens in Tbilisi and create a special voucher system to reduce the cost to parents of preschool education.

We should create non-formal education centers through public-private partnerships. In these centers, students could train for modern and practical professions with high chances of employment.

Tbilisi Global Academy - we need to create a place for professional and technological programs that would attract talented youth, international scholars, and innovators. To that end, we would routinely conduct conferences and seminars using modern technologies.

Tbilisi Innovation Center - we would create partnership programs between Georgian and leading foreign educational institutions, attracting international accelerators and promoting Tbilisi as a regional innovation hub.

We would also establish a foreign language center for Tbilisi's youth where they could learn foreign languages free of charge and prepare for international certification exams such as the SAT, TOEFL, and IELTS.
