Our goal is to restore Tbilisi's unique cinematic culture and revive this tradition, which dates back to the nineteenth century. We would support Georgian cinematographers and artists to spur Tbilisi's transformation into a regional film production center.  

We would support the creation of modern movie production infrastructure in Tbilisi and invite the foremost movie production studios such as Universal Studios, Paramount, Sony, and Disney to utilize Tbilisi's urban landscape and Georgia's unique nature.

We would also support movie production-related training programs at the Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University, bring them up to international standards, and fund programs to discover emerging young talents.

We would invest in Tbilisi's museum infrastructure and its capacity to host international cultural events by promoting spectacular architecture. This could potentially lead to the so-called "Bilbao Effect," which happened when the capital of Basque Country emerged as a new cultural center with the launch of the Guggenheim Museum.

Positioning Tbilisi as a "museum city" would require branding and promoting its unique architecture. This would help promote the rapid development of flourishing cultural life in the capital.  

Transforming old industrial spaces into modern exhibition and festival spaces through public-private partnerships (PPPs) would address the existing deficit of such spaces in Tbilisi.
