Digital technologies, less bureaucracy, and quality municipal services are key attributes of a modern city. Within four years, we would fully implement the concept of a smart city, thus bolstering citizens' full engagement in the life of their city.

Our priorities are public transport in each district, promoting eco-friendly means of transportation, introducing transportation management systems, and creating mobile applications for customers to receive quality services.

We would introduce a special support program to increase the number of electric and hybrid vehicles. We plan to rehabilitate the existing network of metro stations and add staff to reduce waiting times. By adding suburban tram stations to the transportation network, the Didi Dighomi and Lilo districts would become more accessible.
