We propose the concept of a clean city. This entails routine street cleaning and effective waste management in line with the European model of supporting waste separation, waste collection, and recycling. A modern waste recycling factory would be built within four years through a public-private partnership. We would also develop a special plan for the conservation or renewal of existing landfills.
