One key element of our fiscal policy would be the equitable distribution of budgetary resources to support and develop each district fairly. The second important element is transparency and community involvement. To that end, we would introduce the concept of a "Public Budget." This would allow the wider public to be involved in managing the budgets of local governments and participate in decision-making and the determination of priority projects.
