Tbilisi has the potential to create its own economy and provide employment opportunities for its residents. Tbilisi's main advantage is its capacity to mobilize its workforce and implement large-scale investment projects. For the city to make the most of its economic potential, it needs to have a favorable economic policy and business environment.

The city needs proper and diverse urban development. As construction projects are built, we need to set up suitable infrastructure and provide essential municipal services to go along with them. In addition to urban development, it is vitally important to expand and develop transportation infrastructure in large cities. To that end, the Tbilisi Metro expansion project would extend the system to Didi Dighomi, Lilo, and the airport. This would significantly improve public transportation in the city.
