Our goals are to:

1. Improve the city's appearance and support local citizens by completing the construction of unfinished projects with the participation of the private sector and, in some cases, through different models of cooperation between the government and beneficiaries.

2. Fully rehabilitate and renovate up to 170 derelict residential buildings and create safe and secure living conditions for those who live in these buildings.

3. Provide full compensation to residents who incurred losses due to housing cooperatives.
