Our goal is a social safety net for Tbilisi!

1. Creating targeted social welfare programs at the municipal or local level that would replace current programs and the existing system.

2. Increasing the scale of funding for healthcare and medical treatments by prioritized categories. 

3. Expanding the Homecare Co-financing Program and increasing the area of funding.

4. Increasing the resources of municipal shelters in Tbilisi and renovating their infrastructure.

5. Maintaining free cafeterias and improving their services. 

6. Implementing services for people with disabilities, improving existing services, and adapting city infrastructure.

7. Fully rehabilitating and renovating up to 170 derelict residential buildings and creating safe and secure living conditions for those who live in these buildings.

8. “No child without a kindergarten” – Increasing the number of kindergartens over the next four years by introducing a public-private partnership model.
