We need to make sure that quality educational institutions are readily available to Tbilisi's residents.
We would make kindergartens a priority, based on the principle, "No child without a kindergarten." Our goal for the next four years would be to increase the number of kindergartens using public-private partnership models.
We especially need to make sure that enough educational institutions, including schools, are provided in districts with rapid urban development.
