Non-parliamentary Opposition
Electoral block represents consolidation of the citizens’ political alliance “Free Georgia” and “New Rights”. Citizens’ political alliance “Free Georgia” was founded in December of 2010. The Party’s political direction is left centrist; its major priorities are social issues, preservation of the national identity and European orientation in the foreign policy. Priority of the Party platform concerning territorial arrangement is a Unitarian state, state formation – Parliamentary Republic.
Citizens’ political alliance “New Rights” was founded in June 15, 2001. The priorities of the Party are: development of market economy, preservation of the national identity, western direction in the foreign policy. Priority of the Party platform concerning territorial arrangement is a Unitarian state, state formation – Parliamentary Republic.
